New Prices will be in effect soon for us to continue to offer this service! Early discussions with some groups has led us to believe that many would not have a problem with a user fee for this site if it is set at a reasonable price. We of all companies realize we are dealing with charity groups and fundraising capital, however you should keep in mind we are a business that is interested in making a little money from each project! We are not here to take advantage of you, just simply to cover our costs and make a few dollars as well. I will consider all feed back prior to setting up the final pricing scheme, but I am tentatively considering $20 per month for groups who run in one hall only and $27.50 per month for groups who run in more than one hall!. (Remember, Rob will set up this site on your own server, if you prefer. You will also have to get and register your own name as our company has taken over www.bingoschedule.com. Without adjusting the software, your group will be able to continue to use the site uninterupted! The cheapest price that I have found is $10 USD per month for basic hosting fees and an additional $10 USD per month for SQL server fees. You also pay for additional bandwidth if it is required, and you have a yearly cost of Name registration, as well as a potential of additional costs for various maintenance assistance from the designer (minimum price of $85 per hour or for that matter any other service or IT rep minimum of $100 per hour!) Total monthly budget for Expressions Advertising is at minimum of $70.00. Meeting this minimum income simply covers costs!
